Control

The controls of our mixing systems are fitted with Siemens S7 PLC systems and permit each system to beoperated both manually and automatically. As an option Allan Bradley components can be used.

OP 77 Manual/automatic control

An OP 77 control panel serves for the entering of the mixing parameters.5 mixing programs are provided.

Freely programmable control OP 177B

The OP 77B control panel makes it possible for the mixing parameters to be entered as work steps in tabularform.

Process visualization

An industrial PC touch-screen represents all the mixing parameters aswell as the sequence of the mixing process graphically.

Allen Bradley

As an option the control can be fitted with an Allan Bradley PLC and panelviewcontrol panel in accordance with NEMA / UL standards.
