With the first mixer manufactured at its new facility in Changzhou, MIXACO has reached an important milestone.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The production of the Multitool\u2122 container mixer is a significant step toward local manufacturing, customer proximity, and future mixing trials in the Asian market. MIXACO has reached an important milestone in its international growth strategy. It is with great joy and pride that we celebrate the construction of the first mixer at our newly established facility, MIXACO Machinery Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., in China.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first machine: the MIXACO Multitool\u2122 container mixer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first mixer manufactured at the new facility is our MIXACO Multitool\u2122 container mixer\u2014a system designed to deliver maximum flexibility, process reliability, and high performance in demanding mixing application.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Multitool\u2122 combines two different tool concepts into a single system. A large, low-speed transport tool gently and efficiently keeps the product in motion, helping to prevent unwanted temperature increases during the mixing process. At the same time, a smaller, high-speed auxiliary tool enables applications ranging from gentle homogenization to highly dispersive mixing.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This creates the ideal balance between power and precision. Materials can be processed efficiently while maintaining a high level of process control\u2014especially in applications where product quality and gentle handling are critical.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n
