Anyone who works with Michael quickly realizes that he brings not only technical expertise to the table, but also a healthy dose of good humor. Open, helpful, and always up for a laugh. That\u2019s probably the best way to describe his day-to-day work.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\nAnd there\u2019s one thing that\u2019s absolutely essential: music. He can\u2019t do much without his \u201cRadio Bollerwagen.\u201d It\u2019s precisely these little things that make the day easier and set the tone for the team.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\n\nArrived where it fits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
His journey to MIXACO began right after he finished his apprenticeship. The deciding factor was a colleague who recommended the company to him. What started out as a simple recommendation among friends quickly turned into a firm decision.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\nRight from our first meeting, it was clear that something here was different: openness, honesty, and a straightforward way of interacting with one another. Not just within the team, but even during the job interview.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\nFor Michael, that was exactly what made the difference. Knowing what he was getting into, while at the same time feeling welcome.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\n\nFrom installation to commissioning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Today, Michael works as an electronics technician at MIXACO and also helps out in the service department. His daily work is varied and involves a wide range of tasks.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\nHe handles the setup and wiring of the machines, oversees acceptance testing, and ensures that everything works reliably in the end. At the same time, he keeps track of operations in the electrical workshop and supports the team wherever he is needed.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\nHe particularly enjoys working on the machines alongside his colleagues. When individual components are gradually assembled into a functioning system, technology becomes tangible.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\nOne of the highlights for him is commissioning projects at the customer’s site.
