Dennis is someone who approaches life with a healthy sense of humor while also placing great value on honesty and respect. For him, that is precisely the foundation for good relationships—in everyday life as well as at work. Anyone who works with him quickly realizes that he not only listens to others but also has a direct, honest, and reliable manner. It is precisely this attitude that shapes his work at MIXACO.

From Craftsmanship to Quality Assurance

His career began with the successful completion of an apprenticeship as an automotive painter. There, he learned the trade from the ground up and developed an understanding of precision work and streamlined processes. Driven by a desire to further his career, he later transitioned to industrial painting and immersed himself in automated processes, particularly on Venjakob painting lines.

To continue on this path, he earned his certification as a quality management specialist in 2023. He also completed training courses in technical drawing and 3D scanning—opportunities he was able to pursue thanks to MIXACO. For Dennis, mechanical engineering was an exciting new field where he could perfectly combine his practical experience with his understanding of quality.

Quality as a Responsibility

Dennis has been part of MIXACO since July 2022 and currently works in Quality Control. There, he plays a key role in inspecting goods, handling complaints and carrying out acceptance tests on our machines. His responsibilities also include the occasional 3D scanning of machine parts.

His work requires precision, reliability, and a clear eye for what matters most. That’s exactly what Dennis brings to the table. For him, quality isn’t just about control—it’s about responsibility. It’s about ensuring that products, processes, and results meet requirements and live up to the global standards that MIXACO stands for.

Balance on Two Wheels and in Everyday Family Life

Even outside of work, energy and balance play an important role in Dennis’s life. He loves spending as much time as possible with his wife and two sons. At the same time, he finds balance in riding his motorcycle, boxing, and taking his sons to their martial arts classes. This mix of family, exercise, and shared experiences provides him with the balance he needs to cope with his daily work routine.
