First MIXACO Mixer Built in China: A Milestone for Global Growth

The first machine: the MIXACO Multitool™ container mixer

The first mixer manufactured at the new facility is our MIXACO Multitool™ container mixer—a system designed to deliver maximum flexibility, process reliability, and high performance in demanding mixing application.

The Multitool™ combines two different tool concepts into a single system. A large, low-speed transport tool gently and efficiently keeps the product in motion, helping to prevent unwanted temperature increases during the mixing process. At the same time, a smaller, high-speed auxiliary tool enables applications ranging from gentle homogenization to highly dispersive mixing.

This creates the ideal balance between power and precision. Materials can be processed efficiently while maintaining a high level of process control—especially in applications where product quality and gentle handling are critical.

By manufacturing our machines locally in China, MIXACO is taking the next step toward strategically strengthening its position in the Asian market. This strategic expansion offers clear benefits for our customers in the region.

This milestone therefore marks not only the successful launch of local manufacturing, but also our commitment to bringing our engineering standards and mixing technology even closer to our customers worldwide.

Mixing trials around the world

Testing and process development are central components of the MIXACO approach. Customers can already conduct free mixing trials with their own materials at our technical center in Neuenrade and at our test center in Greer, South Carolina, USA.

At the same time, we are currently working on establishing a new test center in China so that we can offer on-site blending trials in the Asian market in the future. This is another important step toward providing local support to customers and accelerating process development in the region.

More than just a production milestone

For MIXACO, this step means much more than simply building the first machine at a new location. It represents a clear commitment to international collaboration, sustainable growth, and customer focus.
