Successful Commissioning of the First MIXACO Infinity Mixer™ in Finland

MIXACO successfully commissioned its first Infinity Mixer™ in Finland, including on site mixing trials, customer training and process optimization with customer specific materials.

MIXACO has successfully commissioned its first Infinity Mixer™ in Finland, marking an important milestone for the company and for the collaboration with the customer.

The project was supported on site by our service team members Andre and Manuel, together with our sales colleague Alina. Their combined technical and commercial support ensured a smooth start up of the system and helped create the basis for a successful long term partnership.

Fine Tuning the Process with Customer Specific Materials

A key part of the commissioning process was the execution of mixing trials with the customer’s own materials. This made it possible to test the Infinity Mixer under real process conditions and fine tune the machine parameters according to the specific production requirements.

Especially when a new machine is introduced into a production environment, this direct adjustment is essential. Material behavior, machine settings and process targets must work together precisely to achieve stable and reliable results. The trials carried out on site helped define the optimal parameters and ensured that the system was fully aligned with the customer’s production process.

The visit to Finland was about much more than simply starting the machine.

In addition to the technical commissioning, the time on site was also used to strengthen the collaboration with the customer and discuss possible future projects. This direct exchange is an important part of the MIXACO approach, as it helps us understand process needs in greater detail and support customers beyond the machine installation itself.

Another important element of the project was the training of the customer team. During the training session, the operators were guided through machine operation, important process steps and the general handling of the Infinity Mixer. The goal was to ensure that the customer team could start production with confidence and use the machine safely and efficiently from the beginning.

Teamwork as the Basis for a Successful Commissioning

Projects like this demonstrate how important close cooperation between service, sales and the customer really is. Technical expertise, hands on support and direct communication on site all contribute to a successful commissioning and to building trust for the future.
