MIXACO Service Worldwide

Special service operations in the first half of 2026
At MIXACO, service means much more than just on-site technical support. Our projects consistently demonstrate the importance of direct customer engagement, rapid responsiveness, and a deep understanding of processes and equipment in operation.
Especially in the first half of 2026, our service team members were on the job worldwide, optimizing systems, installing machines, implementing upgrades, and providing on-site support to customers. Projects spanned from Australia to North and South America and all the way to Europe, each with its own requirements, tasks, and unique challenges.
Service Call in the U.S. – From Customer to Customer with On-Site Technical Support
A particularly extensive assignment took our colleague Andre to the United States. His itinerary alone demonstrated just how varied and demanding international service assignments at MIXACO can be: from Frankfurt to Atlanta, then on to St. Louis and Charlotte, back to Atlanta, and finally back to Frankfurt.
A wide variety of tasks were carried out during this trip. These included retrofitting a flange onto a cooling mixer, installing a heating and cooling mixer (which will be commissioned in the near future), and upgrading six machines with new end caps.
It is precisely these types of assignments that highlight the breadth of MIXACO’s service portfolio. It’s not just about routine maintenance, but often also involves technical modifications, upgrades, and preparing for upcoming process steps directly at the customer’s site.
Process Optimization in Australia – Service Assignment in Brisbane
A major service project was also carried out in Brisbane, Australia. There, a mixing plant was not only inspected but also specifically optimized.
The focus was on technical modifications designed to improve cooling performance and process stability. In addition, maintenance training was provided for the operating staff, ensuring that not only was the system itself improved, but that on-site technical expertise was also strengthened for the long term.
It is precisely this combination of technical optimization and knowledge transfer that is a key component of MIXACO’s approach to service. The goal is always not just to provide short-term support, but to lay the groundwork for stable and reliable plant operation.

Successful Commissioning in Finland – The First MIXACO Infinity Mixer™ in Operation
Another milestone in the first half of 2026 was the successful commissioning of the first MIXACO Infinity mixer in Finland.
The project was supported by our service team members Andre and Manuel, as well as Alina from the sales department. On-site, the system was not only commissioned but also specifically tailored to the production requirements through mixing trials using the customer’s own materials.
In addition, the customer team received training on machine operation and the key process steps to ensure a safe and smooth start to production.
This project is a particularly good example of how service assignments at MIXACO often bring together multiple aspects: technical implementation, process adaptation, training, and direct discussions about future projects.
Commissioning of a cooling mixer in Ecuador
Our service team was also on the job in Ecuador. There, a MIXACO cooling mixer was successfully commissioned and optimally tailored to the customer’s requirements.
Our team oversaw the entire process, from installation and commissioning to the final fine-tuning. Assignments like these are a key part of our international service work, as they ensure that systems are not only installed correctly from a technical standpoint but also function reliably when integrated into the actual production process.
What Sets MIXACO Service Apart
The service calls in the first half of 2026 clearly demonstrate the wide range of demands involved in international plant and machinery service.
It’s not just about:
- Installation and Commissioning
- Maintenance and technical adjustments
- Retrofit and Modernization
- Training and Knowledge Transfer
- Direct support for process optimization
Above all, our goal is to work with our customers to create solutions that deliver long-term results.
Our service team supports projects worldwide with technical expertise, flexibility, and a strong focus on practical application. Every facility, every location, and every process has its own unique requirements. That is precisely why being on-site is so valuable.

Close to our customers worldwide
Whether in the U.S., Australia, Finland, or Ecuador, all of these projects exemplify what sets MIXACO Service apart: international commitment, technical expertise, and direct support where it is needed.
Especially at a time when production reliability, equipment availability, and process stability are becoming increasingly important, having a reliable service partner is crucial. That is why MIXACO supports its customers not only during the commissioning of new equipment, but throughout the entire lifecycle of the machines.
Ein starkes erstes Halbjahr 2026
The first half of 2026 has demonstrated the breadth of MIXACO Service’s international presence and the wide variety of on-site tasks we undertake. At the same time, all of our assignments share a common goal: to ensure that systems operate reliably, to improve processes, and to provide the best possible support to customers worldwide.
A big thank you goes out to all our colleagues who carried out these assignments with great dedication, technical expertise, and flexibility.
