Start of the Warehouse Technician Apprenticeship
With the start of the new training year, we are pleased to welcome a new team member to MIXACO: Rozh has begun his training as a warehouse specialist.
This marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in his life. Over the coming months, he will gradually familiarize himself with the various processes in the areas of warehousing, logistics, and shipping, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.
Much more than just storing goods
Training to become a warehouse specialist is varied and involves a great deal of responsibility. Duties include, among other things, receiving and inspecting goods, properly storing materials and components, and preparing shipments.
Well-organized warehouse logistics play a particularly important role in an internationally active mechanical engineering company like MIXACO. Many different components must be available at the right place and at the right time so that our mixers can be reliably assembled and delivered on schedule.
During his training, Rozh will therefore not only become familiar with the various warehouse areas, but also gain an understanding of how closely logistics, production, purchasing, and shipping are interconnected.
A Successful Start to a Career
Starting an apprenticeship brings with it many new experiences. New coworkers, new tasks, and new procedures shape the first few weeks.
We are very excited to guide Rozh on this journey and to provide him with both technical knowledge and practical experience. We want him to take on responsibility early on, further develop his strengths, and become part of our team.
We wish him a successful start to his apprenticeship, many exciting insights, and, of course, a lot of enjoyment in his work at MIXACO.
